What do you mean by “agentic”?
A generative system produces an output when asked. An agentic system is given a goal, works out the steps, uses tools and data to carry them out, checks its own results and closes the loop. It does work rather than describing work, which is why it changes how an organisation operates rather than just how it writes.
Do we need a strategy before we build anything?
You need direction before you scale anything. A well-chosen first system can be built quickly and teaches you a great deal, but without a plan those pilots multiply and never join up. Most clients start with AI Strategy and move into Agentic OS once the path is clear; some already know the path and start building.
When are you the wrong choice?
If you want a chatbot on the website by Friday, or a vendor to pick from a shortlist, we will point you to someone who does that well. We are also honest when a workflow does not need an agent: some of our recommendations are to do less. We are the right call when the question is how the whole organisation should work with intelligence, not which tool to buy.
What does the first step look like?
A 45-minute working session with whoever owns the question. Bring one workflow or one decision the board is asking about, and we will tell you plainly what it would take to move it, whether that is us or not. No deck, no proposal until you ask for one.
